Utopia Realms allows you to create or modify voxel models used in the game.

Warning: the editor is very complex and has bugs. Save your work frequently.

The model consists from frames, parts, states and animations.

The Frame is a single chunk of voxels (colored blocks).
The Part is a logical part of the model (head, arm, leg, etc) that could move independently. Each part could point to a frame or be empty. In other words a part is an instance of a frame.
The State is a group of parts with some relative positions to the center of the model. (layout of parts)
The Animation is a list of states and time between them.

You can open the editor from the main menu of the game:

The editor have 4 primary sections: Main, Layout, Frame, Anim.
By pressing corresponding button in the left top corner of a screen you will switch between sections.

To rotate the model hold the middle mouse button (scroll wheel) and move the mouse.
While rotating you can press shift to move the model.
Use mouse scroll to zoom.

In the main section you can select a model, import or export the models.

This section allows you to create various animations. Animation consists from one or more steps.
Each step points to a state and have switch time. When animation is playing the states smoothly switches from one to another

First you need to create at least two different states. Use Layout section to modify states. You can move parts, rotate them, scale, change active frame.

Add the animation and name it somehow.
Select it and add required steps (at least one). Specify switch time in milliseconds (1 second = 1000 milliseconds)
By default model will be in the first state or in the state named "Main".
